Globalinfo.az reports that this was stated by Ukraine’s Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language, Yelena Ivanovskaya.
“Budanov faces a fine of between 3 400 and 6 800 hryvnias. He has admitted the fact of the violation,” she said.
