US President Donald Trump has said he will run for president again if legislation allows it.
Globalinfo.az reports that Fox News television channel has reported this.
Trump addressed the issue of the two-term limit on the presidency set out in the 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution.
He stressed that two years remain until the end of his current presidential term. He said there are numerous initiatives to implement and work to be done during that period.
Note that under the 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution, no person may be elected president more than twice. This restriction creates a legal obstacle to Trump’s election for a third time.
