“Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei is in full health.”

Globalinfo.az reports that this was stated by the Speaker of the Iranian parliament, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, commenting on his meeting with the Supreme Leader.

“His mood was high, and he showed a deep understanding of the existing problems. What impressed me most during our conversation was his extremely optimistic and positive outlook on the future,” he said.

According to Qalibaf, the meeting discussed issues of war, diplomacy, negotiations, macroeconomic indicators, as well as economic isolation and the naval blockade.

It should be noted that the office of Iran’s Supreme Leader announced on October 21 that Khamenei had met with the Speaker of Parliament, and that the two sides discussed the Islamic Republic’s conflict with the United States and Israel.

Earlier, the head of the protocol service of the office of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mazaher Hosseini, said in May that Khamenei’s health had improved. According to him, Khamenei had sustained injuries to his back and knee.
