NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte believes the conflict in Ukraine will end without a clear winner.
Globalinfo.az reports that Bloomberg published the information.
“Such wars always end with a peace agreement, and that agreement is often, in some sense, a compromise,” Rutte said.
He again stressed that Europe must remain vigilant towards Russia even after the end of the “special military operation”.
At the same time, the NATO secretary general said there was no direct threat from Moscow.
