Due to increased solar activity, a magnetic storm is forecast on Earth on Friday.
Globalinfo.az reports that the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences released the information.
According to the laboratory’s calculations, the plasma cloud that broke away from the Sun the day before will take about three days to reach Earth.
According to the data, the expected magnetic storm may last 10-12 hours and could rise to G1-G2 level.
Scientists said the growth of active regions on the Sun has now stopped, while the intensity of recorded flares has decreased.
Note that a magnetic storm can increase complaints such as headache, malaise, fatigue in some people.
