В России ноябрь начнется с заметного похолодания и заморозков.
Globalinfo.az сообщает, что об этом заявил специалист прогностического центра «Метео» Александр Ильин.
По его словам, до конца октября существенных изменений погоды не ожидается, осадков не будет:
«В ближайшую ночь температура воздуха составит +4…+6 градусов, завтра днем — до +12 градусов. Ожидается переменная облачность, скорость ветра составит 4–9 метров в секунду.
В субботу, 31 октября, ночью температура составит +3…+5 градусов, днем максимальная температура будет +8…+10 градусов. Скорость ветра не изменится, однако его направление станет восточным».

Синоптик сообщил, что 1 ноября заметно похолодает:
«Ночью температура будет колебаться от 0 до +5 градусов, местами возможны заморозки. В воскресенье днем прогнозируется +5…+10 градусов, скорость северного ветра достигнет 8 метров в секунду. Осадков не ожидается. Атмосферное давление после незначительного снижения повысится примерно до 755 мм рт. ст.».
Отметим, что холодный ноябрь прогнозируется также в Турции и Грузии. Так, по данным Главного управления метеорологии Турции, 9–15 ноября температура воздуха по стране будет на 1–3 градуса ниже сезонной нормы. В некоторых регионах количество осадков, как ожидается, превысит норму. В отдельных горных районах Грузии также возможно понижение температуры воздуха и снег.

Globalinfo.az reports that Aleksandr Ilyin, a specialist at the Meteo forecasting centre, said this.
He said no significant changes in weather conditions are expected until the end of October and there will be no precipitation:
“On the coming night, the air temperature will be +4…+6 degrees, while tomorrow it will reach +12 degrees during the day. Variable cloudiness is expected, with wind speeds of 4–9 metres per second.
On Saturday, October 31, temperatures will be +3…+5 degrees at night and a maximum of +8…+10 degrees during the day. The wind speed will remain unchanged, but its direction will shift eastward.”

The forecaster said temperatures would drop significantly on November 1:
“At night, temperatures will range from 0 to +5 degrees, with frosts possible in some places. On Sunday, temperatures of +5…+10 degrees are forecast during the day, while the speed of the northerly wind will reach 8 metres per second. No precipitation is expected. After a slight decline, atmospheric pressure will rise to around 755 mm of mercury.”
It should be noted that a cold November is also forecast in Turkey and Georgia. According to Turkey’s General Directorate of Meteorology, temperatures across the country will be 1–3 degrees below the seasonal norm on November 9–15. Precipitation is forecast to exceed the norm in some regions. Temperatures may also fall in some mountainous areas of Georgia, where snow is possible.
